Trainetics mentors on Harvard Medical School Surgical Leadership Programme.
Trainetics faculty member Mark Ponnusamy has closely mentored senior surgeons as they embark upon the Capstone Project, which forms part of Harvard Medical School's (HMS) Surgical Leadership Programme. The objective of the Capstone Project is to develop and communicate innovative real-world interventions which can improve surgical practice.
The Surgical Leadership Programme is the HMS postgraduate certificate programme for surgeons seeking to step into and succeed in leadership positions. It equips participants with the skills needed to excel as heads of departments, divisions, projects and institutions at large. Participants learn directly from Harvard’s leading faculty across all areas influencing surgical leadership including communication, mentoring, process and quality improvement, change management, financial management and surgical research and technique.
