Trainetics Delivers Bespoke Training to Babcock International.
The Air Traffic Control team from RAF Wittering recently joined us for a course focussing on Human Factors and Team Resource Management. Trainetics was delighted to work with Babcock International to deliver a productive day covering such topics as Cognitive Performance, Systems Thinking, Authority Gradients and Just Culture.
The principles of optimising system performance were further developed by training sessions in the full motion flight simulators at British Airways Global Learning Academy, an experience which our delegates found to be really valuable. This unique learning environment really highlights and embeds the learning which takes place in our seminars and workshops.
