Gareth started his flying career joining the British Airways Cadet Pilot programme in 1991. From there he joined Loganair flying the Highlands and Islands in Scotland before joining British Airways where he has flown Boeing 737, 777, 787 and Airbus 320. With over 10 years of training experience he is currently an instructor and examiner on the B787. He is a passionate believer in the power of human factors training to enhance safety and team performance and has been delivering this in BA for over 15 years.
