Ben has been a Commercial Airline Pilot since 2003, starting his career in regional flying from Belfast before joining British Airways in 2006. He has previously flown the A320, 747, A350 and is currently a trainer and examiner on the A380/A350.

Since 2018 Ben has been working with pilots to develop technical and non-technical skills whilst integrating Human Factors and Leadership skills.
